An orientation is great for you and your dog to feel comfortable with our staff and space before your dog’s first daycare or overnight stay.

Holidays are a busy time here! Our space is limited and we fill up fast, so we recommend making your reservations as early as possible. We begin accepting Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holiday reservations the day after Labor Day.
-
If more than 1 year has passed, we like to have a reorientation day to reintroduce your pet to our space and routine, this way your dog can feel right at home.
-
Rest assured, your dog will not miss out on the festive mood! During Christmastime, your dog will play to the sounds of holiday tunes in the yard. Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners are also special, with a home-cooked dinner of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy for all guests. And don’t worry, we keep the portions small so as not to cause tummy aches!

Our guests enjoy outdoor play year-round. During the rainy season, our guests may choose to play in the rain or seek cover under our overhang.
On hot days, we are sure to turn on our misting systems in each play park to cool the air about 10 degrees. We also make sure to keep a close eye on guests who are very active, or have flat noses, heat sensitivities, or certain medical conditions.
